We work to the following terms and conditions:
Quotations:
A quotation will be sent detailing the date, times, venue and function.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure these details are correct.
The quotation is valid for 14 days.
The booking may be confirmed by payment of a booking deposit.
Deposit:
A deposit of £50 is required to secure the date for your booking.
On receipt of your deposit a booking confirmation will be issued.
Payment:
All outstanding balances must be paid by the date specified on the quotation
and/or confirmation.
If no quotation or confirmation has been issued, the balance must be settled
in cleared funds prior to commencement of the event.
Access to Venue:
We will require adequate access to the venue prior to and after the booking
to allow for the setting up and breaking down of equipment.
A minimum of 60 minutes (but preferably 90 minutes) should be allowed for
setting up and 60 minutes for packing up and vacating the premises.
Space:
We normally need an approximate space of 4 x 3 metres, but we do our utmost
to work within any space constraints there may be.
Electricity:
The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe
electricity supply.
We require a minimum of two separate 13-amp mains sockets (a double point
counts as one).
Cancellation by Client:
Booking Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation of a confirmed booking
less than one month prior to the booking date will be subject to an
additional charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking charge.
Extending Playing Times:
Wherever possible we will aim to accommodate client's requests for
extensions to playing time that are over and above the agreed times.
This will be subject to an additional charge.
Licensing:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably
licensed for the event.
Safety:
If at any time before or during the function we deem our persons or property
to be under threat, verbally or physically, we reserve the right to either
suspend or terminate the disco without further notice.
In the event of this happening refunds are not applicable.
Physical damage to equipment as a result of clients' customers will have to
be met by the client.
